Neil joined Kairos Ventures in 2020. As a Strategy associate, he supports the development and execution of short and long-term growth strategies while also tracking various qualitative and quantitative elements of portfolio companies.

Previously Neil was with Agilon Health, a health-tech company that partnered with independent physicians and supported their transition to a value-based care model. Prior to that, Neil was a Healthcare Analyst at the long-only, value focused NWQ Investment Management where he performed diligence, formed investment thesis, and presented recommendations to portfolio managers. Neil started his career as an investment banking analyst in the Healthcare group at Citigroup.

Neil earned his M.S. in Biology from Emory University and holds a B.A in Economics and a B.S. in Biology, also from Emory University.
